The 2011-2012 Home Build project is at 453 W. 1st Avenue in Mesa
Directions:
From the Superstition Freeway (US 60) and Country Club Drive, go North 2 miles on Country Club then turn left (west) on 1st Avenue. If you reach Main Street you went 2 blocks too far north). Proceed west 0.07 miles on 1st Avenue to 453 W. 1st Avenue. The home is on your left (south side of the road).
The 2011-2012 build is for the Guerra Family.
The Guerra family, a single mother with children ages 3 and 1. To qualify for the Habitat for Humanity program the family is required to:
· Contribute at least 400 hours of sweat equity towards the building of Habitat homes.
· Have a history of stable employment and an acceptable credit rating.
· Participate in the Home Maintenance Savings Plan.
· Participate in the Homeowner’s Association (if applicable).
· Attend required workshops for success in homeownership
