Ways to Support Your Mental Health

Pastor Andrea and our Parish Nurse encourage you to take some time to care for your mental health.

Monday Mourning - Grief Support Group
Meeting each Monday in June at 10am via Zoom for an hour and a half.
This group is being formed for those who have experienced the death of a loved one in the last twelve months and will consist of no more than 8 members from area ELCA congregations. There is no charge to participate. If you are interested, please email Deacon April (she is leading the group) by Friday, May 22 at deacboyden@icloud.com. Please note that since the group is designed for mutual support, regular attendance, as much as possible, is expected.
