Jesus turned and saw them following and said to them, “What are you seeking?” John 1:38a (English Standard Version)  

Jesus was the master of questions and the master of invitations. The first curious disciples saw Jesus and followed after him so he asked them, “What are you seeking?” Then he invited them to follow him and changed their lives forever.  

Jesus extends that same question and invitation to us. “What are you seeking?” Join us for Desert Cross Lent 2023 “seeking: honest questions for deeper faith” as we hear gospel stories of people seeking new beginnings, meaning, new life, and deeper faith. We will follow creative resources from A Sanctified Art each Sunday and Wednesday as we journey through the 40 days of Lent together.  

Join us as we unpack big questions that we all face as we return back to church together and look forward to the future. We will try some new spiritual practices and use art, poetry, and music to worship and reflect together as we listen for Jesus’ calling in our lives and in our world.See you on Ash Wednesday as we kick-off the Lenten season!
