As it is getting warmer, staying hydrated is important or you may experience headaches, weakness, muscle cramps, or dizziness. In Arizona, a good average of water consumption is 64 ounces a day. So how much are you drinking?
The FAN (Faith Activity Nutrition) Committee wants to know how much water the community of Desert Cross is consuming each month. Could we fill up a swimming pool? A bathtub? Or just a Home Depot bucket?
We are asking you to keep track of how much you drink during the month of June. You can report your numbers to Dawn Collins at 480-730-8600 or dcollins@desertcross.org . We'll tally the numbers and keep you updated regularly about how much water this community of faith is drinking.
