May Outreach

It gets HOT during the summers in Arizona. Because of this, each May Desert Cross hosts a Special Hunger Jar. The donations from the Special Hunger Jar support Grace Lutheran Church's Heat Respite Program serving the homeless in Phoenix. Donations will also be used to purchase water for Kyrene Resource Center.

There are several ways to contribute to our May Outreach project. You can use our online giving platform and select Special Hunger Jar, you can physically place your donation in the Hunger Jar if you are worshipping with us in-person at either campus, you can designate an amount if you are mailing or dropping off your donation to the church office, or you can use our text giving.
