Let everything that breathes praise the Lord! Psalm 150:6
Breathe. Take a deep breath in and blow it out slowly. As you breathe in and out, feel God’s presence with you. How does that feel? Sometimes we get so stressed or worried that we forget to breathe. There are so many difficult things happening in our world right now that it’s hard to take it all in. It’s easy to get overwhelmed, distracted, and negative. So breathe. As you concentrate on your breath, ask for God’s strength to face the challenges of these days and praise the Lord that you have breath!
